The artistic village of Zeralda is conceived to look like a small agglomeration going the length of the central boulevard.
You need to imagine the boulevard like a landscaped planted to divide the village into two zones. A high part and a low one.
Constructions will be implanted in a cascaded way accordingly with the uneven site.
The entrance of the village, which is the beginning of the boulevard, will be materialised by a portico of urban ladder visible from the entrance route when we approach this site. Taking in consideration the fastness of execution, and the profitability of the project, this villages' constructions will be accomplished in 24 repetitive modules, G+4 height, rod-shaped that will be arranged in patches 04.
The whole set will be structured and organised around the patios, places and tiny places.
This arrangement is meant to be a cultural reference to the ouast elder which means the centre of Algerian houses. The most animated activities like restaurant, administration, shops and various services are implanted in parts before the site, on both parts of the boulevard.
The housing is planned to be in floors, and also in the ground floor in the rear and central parts of the site.
This accommodation is horizontal buildings that each of them will be made up of 12 double-rooms in each floor.
