The closing ceremony of Algiers Panafrican festival 2009 is giving you a rendezvous this evening (20.30hour) at the Atlas movies theatre in Bab Eloued. A great concert of music and choreography, under the title: “Mama Africa” will celebrate the African culture.
After 15 days of festivities, spectacles, music, conferences and exhibitions, Algiers, the capital of Africa by excellence, will be at the rendezvous with a great closing spectacle designed by the compositor Farid Aouamer and the international choreographer Sofian Abou Lagraa.
The ceremony will be an opportunity to honour many names such as Myriam Makiba, Boujemia Merzak, Mohamed Lamari and Lamin Bechichi.
The spectacle will be repeated for the public on the 21st of July.
